A bridge between Switzerland and Nepal

Kam For Sud is a Swiss NGO, established in 1998 in Ticino by a group of people who believe in the true solidarity between human beings and in the value of intercultural work based on mutual respect, equal dignity and friendship. Kam For Sud is a no-profit NGO working for a sustainable development, in the field of education, health, ecology and for the protection of the childhood.

For a cooperation in both directions.

In Nepal, Kam For Sud supports the poorest populations, concentrating its efforts on children, especially in the fields of education and health. Kam For Sud tries to bring some of the Himalayas’ richness back to Switzerland: cooperation and solidarity don’t concern exclusively material goods…

Kam For Sud is a bridge between Nepal and Switzerland, between the Himalayas and the Alps, between South Asia and Europe. A bridge between peoples and cultures, that aims to convey competences, goods and values in both directions, taking where there is abundance and bringing where there is a need or a request.
